PDN Online - Orphan Works Bill Would Esablish Database of Photo Cop... (this is a very recent article that indicates some proposed or updated changes to the bill and the "registry databases" - well and good if they actually are in the new bill, but it's not enough - and on top of that, it sort of reads a little like government propaganda, so each person will have to decide for themselves.)
