- How long involved in Photography
- I'm a English painter Living in China and teaching Art and Oral English. I work mainly in oils but do, do some pencil drawings, my artwork covers many subjects in a realistic fashion but not in a photo realism sense of realism. I have been a painter for over forty years and is my first true love.
- Explain Photographic interests
- My interest is in realism in painting and sculpture, I have a loose interest in music, meaning that I have no set musical menu, I seek the beauty in life not the destruction and distortion or the macabre. Living in China I have seen enough pain and disfigurement that people have to live with in their daily live to appreciate not to create more.

I love creating art and try to make my artwork speak, like it is said " A painting speaks a thousand words" and I will add to that "Only if you listen". I like to think that my art opens a door to peoples minds, an open door for an open mind, so the viewer can form their own meaning to what I have painted, so that it touches the part of their heart that is special to them. We are all gatherers and what we gather is special to our personal requirements
and personal emotional needs and feeling,which is why people buy art to fill that need.
