WHEN IT ACHES INSIDE

When it aches inside,
And no one sees it
Only one look up
And a word!
When it aches inside,
And no one understands
Only one look up
And release can come!
When it aches inside,
And no ear to listen
Only one look up
And the scars can be healed.
Only one look up!

Tu hurles ta douleur,
Tu hurles ta souffrance!
Afrique éclatée!
Tu es en sous-FRANCE
Debout!
Prends ta place,
Droite et fière de qui tu es!
De tes ancêtres.
You scream, your pain,
You scream your suffering!
Blown up Africa!
You are under-FRANCE
Stand up!
Take your place,
Straight and proud of who you are!
Of your ancestors.

IN THE TWINKLE OF AN EYE Author: Caroline Evans (caux)
“Aurore suddenly felt a great emptyness,
The ache of a” moment”, was redefining,
The footprint of her thoughts!
Left by the side of the road,
Just as a weak herb,
That the winds would rock,
She,realised,
That ,
In one second,one minute,
Things could happen,
To disturb, the tranquility of her anchor.
It could leave, a sour taste upon her soul!
Never, should she shut her eyes to reality!
The petals of her serenity could be smeared,
With one moment’s happening,
One moment !
Ropes,chains or threads,
Could emprison the robe of happiness !
She was left,
Alone, with the cloak of surprise,
The chawl of misunderstanding!
Just as the robin, searching for sustainance,
Her soul and her heart,
Would search for that golden dew of acceptance and perfect love!

SLOW TRAIN COME IN Author: Caroline Evans (caux)

Slowly dying
As we all do,
Realizing,
That I am but a breath,
Slowly seing,
As we all do,
That a grain of sand,
I am.
Decay, slowly eating me away,
As we all experience it one day,
Age to age ,
Realizing,
That I am but a breath;
If on this earth,
I stay a few more days
Or weeks,
Or years,
What would I have achieved,
Some, footprints by the seashore,
Some petals of joy unknown before!
Thank you each and everyone,
You who loved me through thick and thin!
Thank you for having taught me true!
May your love and care,
Be an ode to my grave!
May your smile and your laugh,
Accompany me to my last couch,
Among the seagulls and the rocks,
Sweet smell of salt,
Sweet,breeze,around my legs,
Sweet skin on my breast.
Sweet fragrance enveloping me,
As a scarf,
May I ride upon the waves ,
A few more times,
To know that joy,
Never known before.

“The MUSE looked upon her future,
With an inexpressible joy!
Her face was lit by the thought
Of the next passing days ,
Where she would immerse totally into
The world , of the Master!
His music escaping from his instrument
With the agility of his fingers,
Embracing the key,they touched.
Sensuality could be felt ,
Floating everywhere in the atmosphere!
One could only let go of,
All that was holding tight!
Free at last!
The joy of “knowing” would make,
Diamonds of tears,
Flow gently along the cheeks of the Muse!
The Master was the music itself!
Melody, Symphony, Apassionata,
From one degree to the next.
Crescendo , would
Inflame the soul of the Muse;
Absorbed in Him,
By Him,
By the music,
She would permeate everything that she touched!
He was Her,
She was Him! ”

*What do words mean,
If we forget them,
Lock them in the cupboard of our mind,
And wait,
Sometimes years,
Before we remember
What we said,
And why!
What do our words mean,
If,
They are never remembered !
Sometimes its too late,
To fix the cracks,
To rebuild,
What has been pulled down!
Why is trust ,
Priceless ?
Gentle words, are like sweet honey
For the soul,
Of the one who needs encouragement and love.
They are like a balm,
Healing the scars left by others or ourselves !
Our heart , mind and soul, are just as the" fairy castles",
Haunted by the the shadows of the past.
A word of love and forgiveness,
Is the sunshine ,
That brings back life and hope ,
In the ravaged inner being !
